HERS Training Provider
QTPI is your launchpad for RESNET certification. All HERS trainings are offered live, with both in-person and Zoom options available depending on the course.
HERS Rater Training – In Person
Everything you need to become a certified HERS Rater. Includes combustion safety testing, hands-on equipment training, field experience, and personalized instruction. (Exam included; mentored probationary ratings offered separately.)
HERS Modeler Training – Online
Work through multiple energy models as a team. Ideal for HERS professionals who want to strengthen their modeling expertise.
ENERGY STAR Training – Online
Courses available for single-family new construction and multifamily new construction. Currently required for HERS Raters working on ENERGY STAR projects.
Rating Field Inspector (RFI) – In Person

Building Performance Institute (BPI) Test Center
QTPI is an official BPI Test Center and offers the full suite of BPI courses and exams.
